How much shipping will I be charged?
Your order will be shipped Free of Charge via priority USPS
or Ground UPS, unless you select a different shipping option
at checkout, in which case additional shipping charges apply,
and will be calculated for you at checkout.
Do you accept orders online for International delivery?
At this time, PearlStruck only ships to addresses in the
United States.
Guidelines for US Orders
For U.S. orders, you must have both a shipping address and
credit card billing address within the United States in
order to make a purchase. The issuing bank must also be
based in the United States.
PearlStruck may ship items using:
UPS (United Postal Service)
FedEx
DHL
USPS (United States Postal Services)
After an order is placed with PearlStruck.com, you will
receive a confirmation email saying your order has been
accepted. Most items are shipped within one business day
during weekdays. When an item ships, a shipment confirmation
email is sent that includes a tracking number. You may use
this tracking number to view the progress of your shipment.

How much sales tax will I have to pay?
We charge sales tax for all orders shipped to California.
We do not add sales tax for items shipped outside of California.
How can I track my order?
A confirmation email is sent once your order has been accepted.
Additionally, a shipment confirmation e-mail is sent as
your items are shipped—included in this e-mail are
tracking numbers that you can use to track your order with
UPS, FedEx and USPS.You can check the status of your order
online using the “My Account” button at the
top of the page. You can also contact our customer service
department for inquiries on existing orders. Call 1-800-930-1731.
How can I modify my order?
For questions, changes, or cancellations, please contact

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, and Discover.
Where is the 3 digit security code on my credit
card?
The Card Security Code (CSC) is a 3 or 4 digit number printed
on the back of a credit card (typically in the signature
field). The number appears only on the card itself (not
on receipts or statements) so it can provide some indication
that the physical card is in the possession of the buyer.
Is PearlStruck secure against fraud and online hackers?
Security at PearlStruck is something we take very seriously.
Our site is checked dail by HackerSafe to ensure PearlStruck
is secure against malicious attacks. SSL Technology guarantees
that you personal data is transmitted from your PC to our
Server with the most sophisticated encryption technology
available. Additionally, all personal credit card information
is encrypted on our servers.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
Our 30-day return policy gives you time to consider your
purchase or gift. If for any reason you are not satisfied,
you may return any pearl jewelry purchase in its original
condition and packaging within 30 days of the ship date
for a refund or an exchange. Simply follow the instructions
outlined below (sorry, pearl jewelry that has been modified,
engraved, altered, resized, or shows signs of wear or use
can not be accepted for refunds).
How to Prepare a Return
- Package your return: Package your pearl
jewelry in its original boxes and packaging, including
invoice. Ensure that the pearls are securely padded within
the original cardboard box. Seal package with postal-approved
tape, affix pre-addressed return label from the bottom
of your invoice to the outside of the box. For security
reasons, please do not write PearlStruck anywhere on the
outside of the box.
- Ship your package via US Postal Service
Registered Mail, insured for the proper amount, and be
sure to request a return receipt.
- Once we have received your returned item
and it has been accepted, your refund or exchange item
will be processed. Please allow several days for processing.
Please note that all pearl jewelry or other product will
be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department, and that
any item showing signs of wear or damage or use of any
kind cannot be reimbursed. Packages that damaged due to
improper packaging, or are uninsured will be refused.
Return delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow
one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to
appear on your credit card statement.

What will you do with my email address?
We will continue to send you informative emails keeping
you up to date on all the latest sales and events that are
happening at PearlStruck.com. As always, your personal information
will be protected as outlined on our Privacy Policy.
What if I no longer wish to receive emails from
PearlStruck.com?
No problem. As soon as you open your next e-mail from PearlStruck,
clock on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email
and hit ‘send.’ Your name will be removed from
our mailing list. You can also refer to our Privacy Policy
